Trussing Loops hold the wings and legs of your roasting poultry tucked tightly against the body. This helps to prevent overcooking and keeps your bird moist from its own natural juices. We manufacturer our loops from specially formulated rubber that is wrapped with string making them easy to use and heat resistant. In addition, you can attach a rotisserie tag to a trussing loop to provide brand and flavor information. Directions:
1. Place trussing loop across back and pull loop under each wing.
2. Pull loop over wings and pull towards the back of the bird.
3. Turn bird over and pull the loop over the legs to secure.
